Description: Implemented digital engineering workflows for a mixed-use precinct, integrating geospatial and asset data for streamlined operations.

Project Overview: Central Place Sydney is set to deliver 133,000sqm of workspace across three buildings: two towers and a smaller low-rise structure. Designed to accommodate approximately 15,000 employees and is expected to create 700+ jobs during its construction. Engineered to be one of Australia’s most sustainable commercial developments, targeting net-zero emissions in operation, aiming for 6 Star Green Star certification, a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy Rating, and an 80% waste diversion from landfill. The project also includes an Integrated Distribution Facility which facilitates future over-station development and the renewal of Central Station.
