Description: Provided digital engineering advisory services for the project establishment. Overseeing the integration of digital engineering tools for streamlined digital data capture, storage, recording, classification and delivery via an Integrated BIM-Geospatial-Data Asset Information Model (Digital Twin), incorporating results of surveys and investigations to facilitate and enhance the understanding of the site survey conditions, ground conditions and asset conditions at Circular Quay; providing future contractors and asset managers a reliable virtual BIM Asset of the survey information, geotechnical information and asset information, that will readily facilitate the modelling of future designs and construction and to mitigate project risks for the project.

Definition and implementation of a Common Data Environment (CDE) for the management of the digital content / BIM models. Integrated with the Geospatial database / application, for the delivery of the combined BIM/GIS based Asset Information Model.

Establishing a robust system for management of all data and associated condition / contamination reports, governance and revision control of all BIM models and associated documentation.
